Payed account cannot download

I have payed for account 10 per month, but I can only download example pictures???

my account says that I have 19 images left?

How do I get in contact by Mail or Chat whit adobe????? I just cant get in contact, cant find the the link!?!?!?!?!?! It is very frustrating!!

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

If I understand correctly, you are unable to download your remaining assets. Is that correct?

I just checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock services on 02 Aug 2018. The subscription has already been cancelled.

Would you mind confirming the dates on which you have cancelled your Adobe Stock subscription?

Note: Once you cancel your subscription you still have access to your unused licenses until the last date of that billing period.
