Payed the license, but cant download images

Hi,

I made order, 10 images/month but when I try to download images there comes pop up where reads "Your team has no licenses for this image. Choose an option below:"

    Hi Niina

    You have signed up for an individual Stock subscription, so need to select your Personal account rather than the team account on the Stock page (top right).
