Paying for Adobe Pro cant access feature

I have been paying for the adobe pro feature for about 8 months now. At first it was working but for the past 5 months I have not been able to access this feature anymore but am still paying 21.64 every month for it. I have two emails signed up with adobe and have checked both numerous times and neither of them allow me to access the adobe pro feature. I have tried contacting adobe through multiple avenues but still get no where I do not need anymore money taken out of my account for a feature that I cannot access!

Hi @arianna_7540 - i'm seeing that only one product is linked to the account you're using here, and its a Lightroom Mobile, which is inactive/cancelled.

Yes I cancelled that a long while ago. That is my issue now, I did a free trial for adobe pro this year I liked it and proceeded with the pro version but have no access to it but am still paying for it each month.

You have posted in the Adobe Stock forum which is specifically for Buyers of Adobe Stock photography, video and vector assets. I am not familiar with a Pro version of an Adobe Stock subscription. Can you explain further what you think you've signed up for?
