Paying for monthly plan but can't download stock images

Hi, I have signed up for 10-assets a month for stock images and ahve been paying that for a few months. But when I go to access them I can only download a preview and am invited to set up a free trial. I am currently paying for the contract that I cannout use. How do I get access?

When you sign into the Adobe Stock site make sure you are signing in to your team profile. If you open the profile menu on the Adobe Stock site you'll either see personal or the name of your company or team. If you see personal, click change and select the team.
