Paymant method fail and how to cancel my access

I've just finished my one-month free subscription for Stock. I want to delete the subscription, but I don't know why, I've changed three different payment methods (credit cards) but all the time the payment is refused... i tried to get some informations on Adobe chat but with No effect. Please help me. Is my account

    Just to confirm, you're looking to cancel your Adobe Stock subscription, right?

    You can now self cancel your Adobe Stock plan from your account page.
