I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 28 Oct 2018. The first month was a free trial, after which you have been charged from the second month(November 2018) through Paypal.
You can now self-cancel your plan Cancel your Adobe Stock membership by following the steps as mentioned in the help document.
