Dear Adobe Stock Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue with a recent payment withdrawal. On March 18, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $25.13 from Adobe Stock to my Payoneer account. However, I have not received this payment yet, despite the fact that 10 days have passed since the withdrawal date.

For reference, when I withdrew funds previously from Adobe Stock, I received the payment within 7 days. But even as of today, March 28, 2025, I have not seen the payment reflected in my Payoneer account.

On March 25, 2025, I checked my Payoneer account to confirm whether the funds from Adobe Stock had been deposited. When I logged into Payoneer, I was prompted to update my password, as my old one had expired. After updating my password, I successfully logged in, but I still found that the payment from Adobe Stock was not reflected in my Payoneer account.

This situation is causing significant concern, and I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue.

It has only been 8 days. It takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS days, less the day you requested payment, to complete the transaction. Just because your first payment was received earlier does not guarantee your second payment will be received within the same number of days.

 

Also, we are not Adobe but contributors like yourself. We can do nothing to be of further help.

 

Lastely, you should not include her person information as as your email address out of privacy concerns.

It has only been 8 days. It takes 7 to 10 BUSINESS days, less the day you requested payment, to complete the transaction. Just because your first payment was received earlier does not guarantee your second payment will be received within the same number of days.

 

Also, we are not Adobe but contributors like yourself. We can do nothing to be of further help.

    I also acknowledge that my first payment was received within 7 days, but based on this experience, I was expecting the same timeframe for subsequent withdrawals. I would appreciate it if you could look into the situation or offer further guidance on why there may be a delay in this case.

    You are not addressing Adobe personnel here. It takes 10 Business Days, which means you'll likely be paid on April 1st. There's no way for you to speed up the process.
