Payment taken twice, had to dispute 1 with bank and now plan has been cancelled

I recently had stock subs taken twice in one day, as I had no way to call anyone I had to dispute and now my plan has been cancelled even though it's been paid, this has now lost all my assets and also my built up credits... who do I resolve this with?
