Hi we cancelled our subscription in July 2018 but have noticed payment has been taken every month since.  Can someone please contact about a refund!!

Paying a supposedly cancelled subscription from 2018 to now and nobody cares about it? Sorry, but you seriously can't think that any company would refund 4 years of subscription services? I think, and again sorry for that, that the best you can expect is a clean cut without additional pain. Anyhow, for anything to happen, you need to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
