Photo frame with transparency and shadow not useable

Shows a photo frame with a transparent background, but once you remove the transparency layer it reveals that the frame is a solid shape with a shadow over it and so a photo cannot be placed underneath the frame. Useless vector should be fixed or removed. I've wasted so much time trying to make this work in AI.
