Photo I bought is blurry

Hi.

 

I previewed a stock photo for use as a poster. I bought the Extended License for $79.99. I could not tell from the preview the extent to which the background and foreground are blury and out of focus.

If I were using the photo only online, it likely wouldn't matter. But I can't use the photo for print at 11" x 17" and need to receive a refund credit back for it.

For the refund, I think it's best to contact Adobe Customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

As for the asset quality, I'm tagging @Contributor1. I think indeed that the contributor sw_stock has more than one asset that does not meet the quality requirements.
