photos chosen are deleted

Hello all together!

Selected Photos from Adobe stock are suddenly deleted in my computer. Did someone have this problem too?

Does Adobe make that as an automatism??

And no one is answering at the telephone support in Germany.  😞

    OK, thank you for your answer and for your explanation, Sheena!

    Only your telephone support in Germany is not very powerful, I waited 0,5 h and then the line closed.

    I paid now for 2 months and did not decide to buy the right photos. Would you allow me to buy me this month more than 10 photos? That would be a great help and I would appreciate that!

    I am so happy that I could save the photos in another way: Before I sent the photo proposals to my advertising agency and so I had a copy of them as email attachments!

    I will buy in the future even more and will recommend you.

    Hi Bernd,

    That's strange! There is no such automation done by Adobe and also because you're locally saving the files on your machine, Adobe will not have the permission or mechanism to delete them from your local drive.

    Additionally, since you've already licensed the image from Stock website, you have save it again on your machine or you may even sync it to the Creative Cloud libraries.

    Feel free to update the thread in case any issues.

    Hi Bernd,

    No, sorry, have never heard of anything like that... Could you please describe in more detail what happened exactly?

    Adobe Stock will download images to your computer if you wish, but does not do anything else with your system.

    In general, files downloaded on Windows or Mac will go to your "Downloads" folder.

    To see your Adobe Stock licensing history, and re-download any image as necessary, visit:
