I have loaded a picture by mistake, could you cancel it please.

Loaded? You mean licenced? This is a Premium asset and you have been asked to confirm your purchase and you confirmed this. It8s not possible to cancel this. You may try contacting costomer support and negotiate your way out. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
