Hi, my company would like to buy 2 pictures to use in a SPOT TV. Do we need a specific licence?

    Yes, you need a specific licence. Standard if the accumulated number of viewers is less than 500k, extended if the number of viewers is equal or bigger than 500k. Some assets come with an enhanced licence. The enhanced licence allows for 500k+ viewers.

    Yes, you will need a specific license to use images in a TV commercial (Spot TV). The type of license depends on the image's copyright and your intended use. Make sure to acquire the appropriate commercial usage rights for the images you plan to use.
