Yes, you can use Adobe stock for this. For advertising, you do not need to credit Adobe stock or the photographer, and yes, a standard licence would be enough.

I think a Standard License is sufficient for this application, if it is likely to generate less than 500,000 impressions. Adobe does not require you to include a photo credit for images that you license.
