Pixelated Vector Image

Hi Everyone,

I've just purchased Stock Image 169497006, a vector (.ai) image.  I am using it in a small social media post and the .jpg looks pixelated. I created a smart object in PS and sized it, which has always worked in the past.  I did just update to PS 2019.  Is there something in this upgrade that could have caused this?   Any advice?

Thank you!

    Hi Ann,

As the file is an .ai file it would work the best in Adobe Illustrator. When using the file in Adobe Photoshop, it rasterises the image and then opens it.

But I'd advise you to ask the query in the Photoshop community as the experts would be able to help you out.

    Regards,

    Sheena
