Plan cancelation

I have cancelled my plan some weeks ago but adobe keeps trying to charge me and I now the site says that I still have a plan. 

And I cant cancel because when I go in manage subscription it says I need to change payment method. But if I do that they will charge me.

Hi @Arthur2426237030wn,

When you cancelled your subscription did you receive a confirmation message? You do have to actually cancel the subscription. If there is a problem with your payment method and you have not cancelled the subscription then the billing system will continue to seek a payment.
