Ho sottoscritto una prova di adobe stock, che praticamente non ho utilizzato.

Al ritorno da un soggiorno all'estero, mi ritrovo con l'addebito di una piano adobe stock che non ho mai utilizzato e mai utilizzerò, la cui cancellazione comporterebbe una penale di 200 euro. Cosa posso fare per annullarlo o cancellarlo senza penale? Io non mai avuto l'intenzione di sottoscrivere questo piano

I checked your account and looks like you subscribed for a free trial at the end of March and utilized 9 assets from the trial plan. It appears that you may have overlooked cancelling the trial, resulting in the subsequent charge. Becuase your trial was for an annual plan, your subscription is a one year commitment that triggers a cancellation penalty for early cancellation.

I tried to follow your instructions to contact support but it was useless as my case does not seem expected. I tried the free trial of using adobe photos. The product was not of the expected quality and the price is unjustifiably heavy. For these reasons I had and have no interest in using this service. Just by chance I discovered that it would result in my subscription to the service itself with a charge made possible only by the fact that I have other subscriptions with adobe.


Therefore I request the immediate cancellation of this service and the cessation of the charge of the same to my account, charge never authorized for this service. If the cancellation does not involve any charge, I consider the matter closed. If the cancellation involves any type of charge, the matter will be formally brought to the attention of the AGCM, asking for a judgment on whether the procedures that bind a free trial to an automatic contract comply with the Italian consumer protection laws and whether it is legal to debit an account opened for a different type of contract. In this case, I reserve the right to ask for damages and legal costs. I await a quick response and immediate cancellation, also in order to restore payments from other existing contracts :
