I started the free experience two months ago and was going to cancel the payment after downloading only one image.

But I've been out of my mind for two weeks, and I've never seen the payment details since I paid a month ago.

I haven't downloaded a single image in two months, and I won't be able to download it in the future.

First, access Adobe site and press 'support' at the top.

And, press 'contact us'.

Then the chat window will open.

Now you can use that chat to explain your situation to the counselor.

My 76 year old dad has been paying 35.00 per month for 3 years for Adobe Stock.  He only uses his computer to access internet, he does not use applications of any sort.  We have no idea how this has been purchased or why?  Can anyone tell me what it is all about?  Thanks
