PLEASE END MY SUBSCRIPTION TO ADOBE STOCK

I swear this website has got me running around in circles and I am exhausted. I have become so irate at the lack of understanding when I have asked multiple times on discussions to experts to please cancel my subscription. I honestly do not even use it and I don't want to be charged for something I am not using. So for the last time, please, please, please end my membership to adobe stock.

Yes, I've gone on the first link thousands of times already, but when I go to "Plans and Products",  click "Manage Plan" under Adobe Stock, there is no "Cancel Plan" option and why was I sent to the creative cloud forum? This is an issue with my standalone stock membership, I do not have anything related to Creative Cloud membership. Can you just please cancel this for me? I had enough.
