Cześć, niestety nie zwróciłem wystarczającej uwagi i przypadkowo pobrałem obraz z kategorii premium – numer obrazu 380735228. W rezultacie znaczna ilość punktów kredytowych została odjęta z mojego konta z powodu mojego niedopatrzenia.

Czy istnieje możliwość wymiany zdjęcia na inne ze standardowej kategorii i otrzymania zwrotu różnicy w punktach kredytowych?

Hello @Mirosław25016003ahc5, you should see credits back in your account. However, please ensure that the asset is removed from your storage. Additionally, as @Abambo mentioned, premium assets require confirmation, and next time we will not be able to return credits. Please be extra careful when licensing premum assets.

Licencing an asset from the Premium category asks a for special confirmation. You did confirm this. It may be that @Riya123 or @Liza5C0C can help you.

Thank you for your answer, since confirmation was required, I probably confirmed it automatically, without paying attention to it - exactly as I download regular photos, trusting that it is a simple operation. I would be grateful if it was possible to cancel this purchase.

Sure, I understand the automatism, but you should be attentive that if a site asks for a confirmation, that confirmation will mean something.
