I wanted to try out Adobe stock, so i got the free trial. I thought I got it through my work account, I had used the same mail, I just clicked personal account instead of work. Therefore when i trues to download stuff later after logging into my work account (i had already downloaded two mockups with my new personal account) it wouldn't work. I thought there was an error or it had cancelled itself. Now i've been billed for two months, i haven't downloaded any stock images. I am a student who can't afford this and frankly i am not sure what to do. I can't even change my plan because my last transaction didn't go trough

I would suggest to contact Adobe customer care. They can help you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
