Hello, I accidentally clicked to license this photo: #74821090. Please, how can it be return that data source? I don't want that photo. Without paying one more data source additionally. I tried chat box but it only refered me to solved cases. Thanks! Profile: NICOM, a.s.

Hello kl9419,

I have verified and have granted you a replacement credit. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.

Hope this helps !!!

It's not possible to unlicence, but @Vani_100 will check the situation and help you with a replacement credit.

When the chatbot turns around and does not help you, typing "agent" will probably get you a human on the line.

Hello, thanks, I have just one more question. I never experienced this, so please, how or when do I recognize it gave me one more data source without paying anything more?

On Friday I also chat with chat box (agent) and he wrote the same thing. I had ten data sources – accidentally clicked on license, now I still have 9 data sources since that day. When I look to the history library I don´t see any icon to delete that photo.

Thank you 🙂
