I would like to bring some problems to the attention of a real and not virtual assistant. But the first problem is how to have a chat with the real assistant. Then there are other problems (in the plural) and they are these: 1 - cancel the plan; 2 - recover the credits; 3 - know and see where the credits are that I still have (by credits I mean the photos to download because in the plan there are 10 photos per month to download, but I want to see them written) ; 4 - how to delete the account; 5 - if instead I delete the plan and do not delete the account what do I risk? Do you still risk the cheating of neo-feudal gratuity and then pay what I can't economically becoming a de facto slave to Adobe?

Vorrei sottoporre all'attenzione di un assistente reale e non virtuale alcuni problemi. Ma il primo problema è come fare ad avere una chat con l'assistente reale. Poi ci sono altri  problemi (al plurale) e  sono questi: 1 - annullare il piano; 2 - recuperare i crediti ; 3 - sapere e vedere dove sono i crediti che ancora ho ( per crediti intendo le foto da scaricare perché nel piano ci sono 10 foto al mese da scaricare, ma voglio vederli scritti) ; 4 - come eliminare l’account; 5 - se invece elimino il piano e non elimino l’account cosa rischio? rischio ancora l’imbroglio del gratuitismo neofeudale per poi pagare quello che non posso economicamente diventando di fatto schiavo di Adobe?
