Poor quality, and suspected security camera screenshot image downloaded

This image is really poor after viewing the purchased version. Looks like a security camera screen grab, with faces blurred out - not usable. Should have credit refunded.

Blurred faces are a normal part of the preparation of images with people in - to avoid having to get hundreds of model releases. I don't know if that's the only issue though. You probably should contact Customer Service.

On Adobe stock as a contributor, you need to have model releases. If you blur faces, that's a technical issue.

It may well be, however, that this asset is an older pre-Adobe submission. @Contributor1 can help us out.

Thank you for your reply.

Model releases are not typically required for 'public space' images, or no one would be able to take a photo with their smartphones outside their homes.

This picture does seem to be security footage, whereby it's origin is suspect to say the least.
