Hi, I've downloaded the AI file and opened in Photoshop, but no matter how high I set the dpi, the quality is very low. Can you fix this?

Correct answer Abambo

Did you download the AI file or the JPEG file? If you downloaded the AI file, it is best to open the asset in Adobe Illustrator. If you downloaded the JPEG file, you will have got a high resolution, high-quality pixel file.

FYI: The dpi value has nothing to do with the quality of an asset.

If you need further help, please update this thread.

I downloaded the AI file. I didn't download the JPEG file. If I download the JPEG file, will I lose another credit? Sorry, I'm new to Adobe Stock.

No, you can redownload as often as you want.
