Where do I find the owner of the photo or how do I get written consent to use a photo?

Thanks for the information, the problem is that I need the photo to place it in a spectacular advertisement, none of the licenses allows it unless I obtain the written consent of the copyright owner.
how can i get it?

The copyright owner lets Adobe stock manage the licencing of their pictures. You need to acquire the licence from Adobe stock, and you have the authorization to use the asset according to the licensing terms.

 

You can use stock images for advertising with some small exceptions as stated in the terms.
