Problem while trying to migrate fotolia account into existing Adobe Stock Account

Hi there,

we've got quite an urgent problem:

always when we are trying to migrate our fotolia account to our existing Adobe Stock Account, we get an error message (as mentioned below). Has anybody of you encountered the same issue and might be able help?

This might help:

Why can’t I access the Transfer & Migration offer?

There are a number of reasons why you might not be eligible, for example if you are a daily subscriber on Fotolia, you are part of a team on Fotolia OR you are using Fotolia API. You can find out more here: https://stock.adobe.com/fotolia/transfer/terms

If you are not eligible for the online migration offer, then please contact the Customer Support team (https://www.fotolia.com/Info/Contact) and they will be able to walk you through the options available.

Please call the number listed and they should be able to assist.
