Problem with finished plan

Plan rozpoczęłam 2.12.2020, dziś - 02.12.2022 chcę go zakończyć i nie mogę! Adobe chce naliczyć 160€ kary! Nie rozumiem tego. Nie mogę znaleźć pomocy!

For others reading this: you shouldn't wait until the last day before cancelling. The plan renews on the minute, not only on the day after you took the plan. Cancel anytime during the last month, the plan will continue until the last day of the subscription. 

 

As this, you will avoid the hassle to have your plan renewing automatically for a new subscription period. 

 

Use all your plan credits before expiry, if you don't want to forfeit those. At the end of the plan, they are gone. Licensed assets can be used forever in the limits of your licence agreement. It is, however, good practice, to save licenced items locally and to keep the license tokens (as used for audio on youtube) safe locally. BTW, you can do that also, when you want to renew your plan, as from time to time contributors may pull assets from the database and you will not be able to download the asset again at that moment.
