I can not import the adobe ilustrator file to corel draw as vector

Try opening as a PDF file. Sometimes that works. If the results are weird, however, do not blame the file.

 

The files work fine with Illustrator (the latest version). You can take the test subscription, open the file in Illustrator, save as PDF or EPS and try to import that one. You can also export to an Illustrator file version that is supported by Corel Draw.
