Problem with invoice

Hello. I used the free trial period for 10 pictures. But I have problem with invoice. When I want to download it, I get a message like: 'There is no billing history for this product.' So do I have proof that I have licenses, without having an invoice?

Problem solved with virtual assistant, I haven't seen before that I can write to virtual assistant. I thought I needed an invoice to legally use these pictures from the trial period, but it turned out to be unnecessary. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that when I click 'view invoices' the invoice is not there. What to do? Maybe I don't understand something?

You will only see an invoice if you have been billed. Because your subscription was still under the free trial there was no invoice.
