Hallo!

In last time I have problem with licencing images in Library CC (In Illustrator or Website). For sample: 04/21 I licenced image: #274957864 via Adobe Illustrator, I see this image as licenced in my Licensed History, but in Library CC in Illustrator or Website this image shown as Unlicensed, this problem begin from March 2021. How possible solved this?

Thank you for help

Best regards

Yaris

Thanks for contacting us.  We are currently looking into some ways to make the libraries more responsive and hopefully we'll have a solution soon.  In the meanwhile, you should be able to license the assets again and it should not charge you again as the system does know you already have it.  This is, of course, just a workaround and we hope to correct this soon.  Thanks for your patience.
