Problem with photo

I bought a photo from Adobe Stock, after downloading it is in very poor quality.

Please check: does your download have an Adobe Stock watermark? If not, what is the photo number, and what app are you using to check quality.

 This photo have an Adobe Stock watermark. This is number this photo 306784401.It looks like this after downloading. I open it in Corel Draw and Phootoshop
