Salve quando provo ad annullare l'abbonamento dà errore e di fatto quindi non riesco a recedere dal contratto!

You can't cancel your subscription if there are currently payment problems with your card. Solve that and the cancel option will appear or contact Adobe Customer Care. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
