Problems with Adobe Stock free assets

When I receive a newsletter from Adobe offering free assets (templates etc) I go to that article and when I click "Open in App" Photoshop opens, but doesn't shot the template. I also looked for it in My Library, but it's not there either. It happened to me several times now while I didn't have problems with it some time ago.

…and it also worked with a template after licensing. the template opened in Photoshop and downloaded also to my PC and entered into the library:

It's nice to know that it worked for you. It used work for me too, but it doesn't anymore. It doesn;t open in PS and it's not in my library. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

What has been changed on your computer?

What happens when you license the item?

What does the licence history show?

What is your OS and version?

What browser are you using?

Did you try a different browser?

Did you try clearing cache and cookies?

It works for me, that proves that it is working. So, there is somewhere a problem with YOUR computer or configuration. To solve that, you need to give some more information.
