proof of purchase for Fotolia files

Question

I purchase a file from Fotolia in 2016. Is there a way to find proof of purchase for it? The file is still being used on an old website page, and I have a copyright tracker company asking to see proof of purchase.

I suppose you have a similar issue. As those cases are increasing, I think that an old Fotolia contributor want's to cash-in again. That is why I always told my people to store the licensing term and the proof of purchase with the asset.
