Property Release for ai-generated UNESCO ancient sites, YES or NO ?

I used ai tools to create 8k wallpapers of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Italy (Pantheon, Naples city center, Roman theater at Taormina etc) and am now unsure about whether they are still “kosher”. Italy has certain provisions for protecting/licensing cultural monuments. My representations are photorealistic and present the monuments in a beautiful, not satirical way. 

Is there a clear way forward?
