Property release required when no property is present

I am new to contributing to Adobe Stock. I have been asked to submit a property release for several images. Totally understandable. However, in several of these images, no property appears. In some, the "property" is a field or building that is entirely imaginary. Am attaching some examples. I'm sure this is a common scenario but I'm not finding much of anything by searching. Thank you  for any insight!

In this case, a property release is required, signed by you as the creator and contributor, to verify that this illustrations were created by you personally.

THANK YOU! That does make sense, in that it absolves Adobe of responsibility.

One more question: In the form it asks for Witness -- am I allowed to witness this form?  Also asks for Recording Session -- I don't know the exact date I drew these pieces -- do I ake up a date? Thank you!
