Question

Purchased graphic templates are nowhere to be found

Hi,

I have a business license for my work, so we can purchase premium content from Adobe. I am working in Premiere Pro for a digital ad. I purchased a premium graphics template from within Premiere Pro. I see the blue dollar change to a blue check mark verifying the purchase. However, the graphic is nowhere to be found. If I pull the graphic from the graphics templates panel onto the timeline, I get an error message. If I try to find the file in the media bin, it's not there. I tried to find the file on my computer in the Premiere folder, it's not there. I have gone into my Adobe Cloud libraries where all my other purchased Adobe assets reside, it is not there. I have looked everywhere for this graphics template and it is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help me find this purchased premium graphics template?

can you tell me the name of the template? It should get downloaded to your Local Templates folder under "my Templates" next to the Adobe Stock tab. You can sort that by Recent and then you should see it at the very top.

And what error message are you getting when you try to drag and drop it to from the Stock tab to the timeline?

Can you find and download the Mogrt from https://stock.adobe.com?

Hi Annika,

I get this error message every time.

This is what I see in my "My Templates" panel with "Recent" selected.

This is what I see at the link you provided. I don't remember purchasing any of those assets. And I don't see the "Sliding Pop Art Title" I purchased as a test. I am really at a loss here. Any ideas as to what is going on and how to remedy it? Thank you.

Hey @PriDom,

The assets in your Local are pre-installed with Premiere Pro, but it looks like nothing is getting downloaded, hence the error message. A test you could try is in the Adobe Stock tab, select the free checkbox and drag and drop one of those onto your timeline. I'm curious if there's something specifically happening with paid downloads for your account.

Can you look in your License History on the Adobe Stock site? (Click you avatar, it's under there). This should show us if things are licensing to your account. If they are, you can download your licensed files there as a workaround in the meantime. You can also license and download from Adobe Stock and then install the mogrts to Premiere Pro as another workaround.

Has this issue always happened, or it just started happening? Is it happening to anyone else on your business account?

Thanks!
Theresa
