purchased same asset twice

Hello,
I don't really know how to contact support so I post it here.
I've had a few issues on adobe stocks where the website wasn't properly loading and somehow I've purchased the same asset twice.

This should probably not be possible and now I lost the last one of my 10 monthly tokens.
The asset which was purchased twice is #544450865

Are you sure about that? For buying twice, you should need to pass via the licenced items and relicence!

I suppose that @WendellaBee is interested in this.

This screenshot shows the issue and both took each 1 monthly asset from me.
Please ignore that the screenshot is from paint. I'm on my work windows pc.
I've cropped the parts that are unrelated to this issue.
