Purchased video Asset not downloading and still has watermark. Please Help

I have licensed a 10 second video clip which I have paid for and is in my downloads library.

When I hit download though, nothing happens. The video also still has the Adobe Stock watermark through the middle. Its incredibly infuriating.

Can anyone help?

I can confirm this odd Library behaviour. Did you look in the download area of your computer? I find the not watermarked version there. The library still contains the watermarked preview!

No it’s not downloading at all. I click the button and it doesn’t do
anything. The asset is in my library but looks like an asset does when you
haven’t paid for it with the watermark through the middle.

I have checked and it has definitely been paid for.

The thumbnail will always show the watermark. Can you download the asset from your library either from the Adobe Stock site or from https://assets.adobe.com/libraries?
