Purchased Wrong Image

Question

Hello!

While I was searching for an extended license image, I found the one that I wanted and went and clicked purchase and as it was purchasing, I saw that it was not the image I had clicked on!

Does anyone know if there's a way to get a refund for it so I can purchase the correct image? I haven't downloaded it because it's not the one I needed.

Hi @cmradcliff - For any extended license assets, you are prompted for confirmation. Unfortunately, you confirmed the licensing of this asset. You made the purchase with money, not credits. If it had been with credits, I could have refunded them. For money refund you will need to contact customer support.
