Purchased wrong video

Hi, I accidentally purchased the wrong video.  Is it possible to get a refund?  It is for ID #204030469.  Thanks.

    Sorry to hear that.

    Videos are purchased on-demand or by using credits from a credit pack. They are non-refundable.

    However, I understand your concern that you might just have accidentally licensed a video so I would request to contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?  to check for exceptions(if any).
