Hi there,

I keep getting the same error message when trying to download any FREE templates in Adobe Illustrator "Purchasing Error: sorry, something went wrong while trying to license this template. Please try again."

Could you please let me know what can be done so that I can download the free templates?

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I believe you are trying to download the template from within the application (i.e. Illustrator). Please try to download it from a different browser and let me know if get the same error.
