Question Regarding Extended License and IP Concern

Hello,

I’m reaching out regarding a situation I’m currently facing involving one of the images I licensed through Adobe Stock with an Extended License. The image was used as part of a product in my art and poster business, and I recently received an IP-related concern regarding its usage.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed or whom I can contact directly about this issue. If there is a specific team that handles questions related to license terms and third-party concerns, I’d be grateful to be directed to them.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

    Hi @Riya123,

Thank you so much for your message! Unfortunately, I realized that I’m unable to reply to private messages, so I’m responding here instead.

I’ve tried emailing the address you mentioned, but I received an automatic reply indicating that the email address is for internal use only by Adobe employees, and I will not receive a response from that alias.

I’ve been trying to resolve this matter for three days now, and it’s quite urgent. I would really appreciate your assistance in reaching the correct contact or department that can help resolve this issue.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Best regards.

    Hi @Riya123

I wanted to follow up regarding my previous attempts to contact you, as I am unable to send private messages, which is slowing down the process.

The matter I need to discuss is quite urgent and important, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer in helping me reach the appropriate contact or department. Since I cannot send a private message, I would be happy to explain the situation via email if you're able to provide a direct way for me to share the details.

Thank you for your time and assistance!

I don't think you'll receive any legal advice or guidance from Adobe; however if you require assistance in obtaining proof of the license to use the asset, they will probably supply that.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the right contact person or department at Adobe for this issue. I need to explain the situation in detail, as customer support did not fully understand my request.

Well, if you explained as above, I can understand the agent. Did you get a copyright strike from someone pretending to be the rights' owner?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
