Quiero cancelar mi plan dentro del último mes sin cargos.

Hola, hoy es 1 de Julio, mi plan se renovará el día 20 por lo que estoy dentro del mes de renovación, quiero cancelarlo pero me cobran 54,43€ por cancelación anticipada.

¿Alguien me puede explicar porque? ¿Cual es el momento idoneo para cancelar el plan?
