Hi yes having the same issue as well. I've only been charged one month. I canceled my subscription yesterday to avoid being charged any firth. Is it possible for me to receive my money back as well?? A total of $29.99 has been charged to my account and I'm very unhappy with that. Please get back to me!

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe stock subscription on 8th of June, 2018. Currently, the subscription stands cancelled.

    I would like to let you know that if you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded.

    Hello, I have just had the same problem today. I accidentally ordered adobe stock on demand and charged £47.99.  The order number is ADB038497036UK. I would appreciate your help on this.Thanks, Kanako

    Hi, Sheena,

    I sent an email to customer care to ask them to send me confirmation that

    the refund will be paid but did not receive anything from them except that

    the case was closed already. All I wanted to do was to make sure if the

    refund process was initiated. (I was not sure about this as the original

    email from customer care tells me the subscription is cancelled but does

    not tell me clearly if the refund will be processed. )

    If you could help me check with this and send me that confirmation, it

    would be appreciated.
