Correct answer Sheena Kaul

I have already had contact them last night right after I had mistakenly ordered the image, but she refused to refund the money back.

I told her the website page looked quite misleading because it showed I can still download 2 more images for free trial so I was expecting the price shown under the image would be discounted to zero when I checked out, but it didn't. I was charged nearly £50 just by one click!

How can I get the refund when the customer care just refused it?

I would advice you to Contact Customer Care to get the cancellation done and refund process.
