    Hi Hiroki,

    I understand that you're unable to cancel the Stock subscription plan from your account management portal.

    I did check your account and there seems to be a billing issue with the plan because of which it is in a suspended state and not giving you the option.

    I request you to Contact Customer Care to resolve this issue.

    I CAN'T CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FOR WEEKS AND IT DOESN'T GIVE ME THE OPTION TO CANCEL. THIS IS ACTUALLY INSANE. HOW DO I STOP MY ACCOUNT AND BEING CHARGED MONEY I DON'T HAVE FOR THIS.

    THERE'S NO UK NUMBER OR EMAIL OR LIVE CHAT. WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!!!!!!
