Hi Sheena, I have the same problem, my card was charged last December 19th, but still I don't get my 10 new licenses. I had a chat with adobe support and they said I had to log out and then log in again to adobe stock, I did it but that didn't work, then they said I had to wait a few hours to get my 10 new licenses, I did it, but until now still says I have "0 images available". Can you help me out with that?

I have checked your account and I see that you already have an active Adobe Stock plan. Also, the monthly licenses are already allocated on 25th December 2018 along with 1 free license that was added to your account on 24th December 2018.
Additionally, it seems that even last month the licenses were allocated to your account on 25th November 2018 so the monthly allocations get added on the 25th of the month.
Let me know if you're still unable to see the monthly allocations in your account.
